Insurance & Payments

   We participate in most insurance plans including North Carolina Health Choice and Medicaid.

We are not currently accepting new Medicaid patients.  When this changes we will update our website.  You are required to present your insurance card at each visit. Patients are also required to pay co-payment, deductibles and/or coinsurances at the time of your visit. We accept cash, Care Credit, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

 

   Insurance plans vary widely in the amount they pay for office visits and procedures. Review your insurance plan carefully so that you have a good understanding of your benefits. We will file claims for all insurance plans with which we have a contract.

 

   If you have an insurance plan with which we do not participate, we will provide you with a completed claim form so that you can be reimbursed by your insurance company. In either case, reimbursement is between you and your insurance company; if there is a dispute, the patient is ultimately responsible for paying the claim.
